Customization requests can be made up to 10 days before delivery to accommodate any changes according to customer preferences. Any changes requested after this timeframe may not be possible as the manufacturing process would be in its final stages.
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, we encourage customers to reach out to us immediately. While refunds are not offered, we do provide replacements or necessary modifications to resolve any issues in compliance with our quality assurance standards.
